The mission of Marine Officer Candidates School is to train, Evaluate, and screen officer candidates to ensure they possess the moral, intellectual, and physical qualities for commissioning, and the leadership potential to serve successfully as company grade officers in the United States Marine Corps.
These letters are the personal experience of an officer candidate experiencing the training and screening process in order to become an officer during 2007 and 2008.
